Last Saturday,  the BEI attended the Odanak Community Day as part of its tour of various Indigenous and Inuit communities. Members of Odanak, an Abenaki community located in the Centre-du-Québec administrative region, invited us to join their event in the form of an information booth to allow the BEI to build relationships with the community and explain its various mandates. This visit was the first of many to come in all the communities. We warmly thank the community for this wonderful opportunity.
